About Cuatro Mamás

What do four mom’s from Mexico, the Philippines, Guatemala and Mississippi, who met at their children's school nestled in the hills of Mount Washington, have in common? The LOVE for all things spicy, delicious food, entertaining (and tequila)


That’s why we created Cuatro Mamás. After vacationing in Sayulita, Mexico the summer of 2021 we soon figured out how much we all loved spice.


After many nights of R & D in our kitchen and drinking tequila we came up with our own unique version of a Salsa Macha meets a Red Chili Crisp Oil. A true labor of love mixed with ingredients from all of our cultures.

Four mom's from Mexico, Guatemala, Philippines and the South coming together for the love of spice. 

We offer two different spice levels for you to enjoy:

"Gringa" for the mild chili lover

"Chola" for the lover of extra spice.


Exciting News....

Cuatro Mamás is taking the next step to open more doors and have more access to our chili oil on store shelves. We are going to NYC to exhibit our chili oil at the Fancy Food Show at the Javitz Center. 
We'll be included in the incubator village which will feature new speciality food vendors like ourselves.
